Pricing

What does a website cost for a small business?

Website pricing is rarely a single number, because no two businesses need the same thing. Here are the real ranges YELISSY works within, what moves a project up or down inside them, and what to expect after launch.

Price ranges

Straightforward ranges, no hidden packages.

Every project is quoted individually, but most small-business websites fall inside these ranges.

Starting from

€300

A small, focused website — a clear single page or a compact site for a business that mainly needs a credible online presence.

Typical small-business website

€400 – €900

A custom website for a small business. The position inside this range depends on the number of pages, the design requirements and the functionality involved.

Advanced websites

Quoted individually

Booking systems, dashboards, customer areas or custom features are priced per project, once the scope is clear.

Prices are in euros. VAT and any third-party costs such as domain or hosting fees are not included in the ranges above.

What influences the price

Six things decide where a project lands.

If you know roughly where your project sits on each of these, you can estimate your own range before speaking to anyone.

Number of pages

A single-page site costs less than a structured site with separate service, about, and contact pages. Each page needs its own layout, copy structure and testing.

Design requirements

A clean layout built on an existing template concept is faster than a fully custom visual direction with bespoke typography, artwork and motion.

Functionality

Contact forms are standard. Booking systems, member areas, multilingual content, dashboards or integrations with other tools add development time.

Content readiness

Existing text, logos and photography keep the project moving. Writing structure from scratch or arranging photography takes additional time.

Photography

Website photography is an optional supporting service. Using existing images costs nothing extra; new photography is agreed separately.

Revisions and scope changes

A defined scope keeps the price predictable. Adding sections or features after the design is approved changes the estimate.

After launch

Ongoing costs, kept minimal.

A website has a small number of running costs. They are separate from the project price and are always agreed in advance.

  • Domain registration, paid yearly to your domain provider.
  • Hosting, depending on the platform your site runs on.
  • Optional maintenance — updates, small content changes, and support — priced separately depending on the level of support you want.

Maintenance is optional. Many small businesses manage fine without a monthly plan and simply request changes when they need them.
